Would you like to return an item?

You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!

Our return policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you selected. Processing and refunding can take up to 7 working days.

RETURNS MUST BE REPORTED BY EMAIL!

bundles

We are happy to offer you bundles. However, if you return a product from a bundle, the following applies:

Returns will only be accepted if the complete bundle has been returned.

If a product is missing from the bundle, you can return the product at your own expense or bear the cost of the product. We will send you a separate invoice for this.

cookbook

Please note that the cookbook cannot be returned! Shrink-wrapped books cannot be returned once they have been opened!

If you would like to exchange an item, please also contact us by email. We will cover the cost of sending the new item!

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

For orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address or orders whose storage period has been exceeded and are returned, the following applies:

We reserve the right....

- Handling fee of €2.99 (even if you do not want the package sent again)

- In case of redelivery, the shipping costs must be paid again

What you can't return

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course, it is okay to try on an item just like you would in a store, but please do not use any items you wish to return.
