That is why he always posts to the same music, as this is how he has mastered the movements.
Hadi is very attached to his homeland, which is why he opened his gym “Choopan Classic Gym” in his home village in Iran. He wants to give something back to the people who have always believed in him.
In Iran, Hadi is celebrated as a national hero for his sporting achievements.
Mr. Olympia and international successes
In 2017, under the guidance of coach Hany Rambod, Hadi Choopan won the gold medal at the Mr. Olympia Amateur and secured his IFBB Pro Card .

He always consistently placed in the top 5 and won the 2022 title once, against the favorite Big Ramy.
In 2023, a statue was dedicated to him in Iran in recognition of his achievements . In 2024, he dominated the Arnold Classic in Ohio and the UK and took second place as a runner-up at the Mr. Olympia .
Training, coaching and competition preparation
Hadi Choopan has relied on coach Hany Rambod since the beginning of his professional career because he cannot speak English. This success is also a result of top-tier bodybuilding coaching that has been pivotal in his career. To ensure optimal competition preparation , he moved in with Rambod months before the Mr. Olympia to prepare in his house. The two have a close relationship.
After Rambod's retirement from coaching, he will now concentrate on his own preparation for the Mr. Olympia . As of today, Hadi is not looking for a new coach.
