Lauralie Chapados is one of the most famous athletes in bodybuilding and has long made a name for herself as an IFBB Bikini Pro.
Lauralie Chapados' Path to IFBB Bikini Pro
Lauralie Chapados was born in Canada in 1996 and is known by the nickname "Dark Horse". Already slim as a teenager, she signed up for a gym and quickly discovered how targeted muscle building changed her appearance.
Already a "thin teenager" at a young age, she joined the gym and quickly noticed the changes that muscles made to her appearance.
She embraced a bodybuilding natural lifestyle early on, relying on a strict bodybuilder fitness plan and consistent program bodybuilding techniques.
At 17, her potential was recognized by a former IFBB Pro athlete who encouraged her to compete professionally. While working two full-time jobs, Chapados tried her first diet and began training twice a day, laying the foundation for her impressive career in strength training.
Lauralie Chapados's Successes in Bodybuilding
At just 29 years old, Lauralie Chapados has already competed in the Mr. Olympia seven times, placing in the top 5 six times before winning the bikini title for the first time in 2024.
Additionally, she is a three-time Arnold Classic Champion in the bikini class (2022, 2023, 2024).
Her achievements have solidified her status as a true bodybuilder pro in the world of Bodybuilding.
